2019.08.14 – Rocca di Cefalu hike

If you follow my Facebook and/or Instagram feeds you have probably noticed that I like this place a lot. It’s a multi-tiered rock rising pretty much straight up with ruins on it, and the views are amazing!

There are Castle ruins at the top, remains of a Church and a Temple in the center, and views all around. I highly recommend it, but wear good shoes and bring water. Especially if you’re doing it in summer and plan to go to the top, the heat can be intense and some areas are a little slick. You don’t have to go all the way to the top for great views though, so if you’re more inclined to take it easy I think you would still enjoy it.

Below are some of the pictures from the hike, just click on any of them if you would like to see the full gallery.
