This ISF World Schools Championship Beach Volleyball tournament just happened to be going on at the same time I was in San Vito Lo Capo, and it was such a great experience for me. I’ve been wanting to try different kinds of photography and live-action sports was a blast!
I’ll be the first to say I have a lot to learn and possibly could have a better lens for this, but the Sony a7iii was awesome; really the 24-105mm I have wasn’t too bad either, I did do a bit of cropping though, and I have to admit that I’m rushing it out a little because I have a bit of a backlog in editing and a lot more traveling coming up soon. It’s a bit different than my normal editing and I’ve tried my best to do the athletes right with the end product. I’d love some feedback on this… Anyway, I am so happy I had the chance to be there for this event and I hope to do more shoots like it in the future.
Finally, I just want to give a quick congratulations to all the athletes, coaches, and everyone that had a part in putting this event together. Great job!
